Shipping Information

We currently ship within the United Kingdom. Please allow at least 3 business days for your order to be delivered after dispatch.

Returns Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unworn and unused
In their original packaging
With all tags still attached

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We are happy to offer an exchange once the original item has been returned and inspected. Please contact us to arrange your exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your wig arrives damaged or you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic proof. We will arrange a free replacement or a full refund at no return postage cost to you.
